1. Services Provided

Exeq provides:
• Business consulting
• Exit-Ready assessments
• Vacation-Ready programs
• Startup support
• Systems and process development
• AI automation setup (AI agents, missed-call text-back, voice agents, workflow automation)
• Educational and training programs

Service descriptions may change or expand over time.

2. Payment & Billing

• All services must be paid in full or according to the agreed billing schedule.
• Monthly services are billed automatically until canceled.
• No guarantees of business performance, revenue growth, or outcomes are made.
• Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Late or failed payments may lead to suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate business information
• Respond in a timely manner to Exeq requests
• Maintain access to required platforms (email, CRM, analytics, etc.)
• Not misuse any provided materials, templates, or AI tools
• Follow all applicable laws in their region when using Exeq-powered automations and messaging

4. Use of AI Tools & Automations

By using our AI agents, text-back systems, voice bots, or automations, you understand:
• Exeq is not responsible for how you deploy or use the automations
• AI behavior may vary based on user input
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with marketing, SMS, and data regulations
• Exeq does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated responses

5. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Exeq—including training, frameworks, systems, assessments, documents, videos, and AI prompts—remain the property of Exeq.

Clients may not:
• Copy
• Resell
• Distribute
• Claim ownership of Exeq intellectual property

Without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Exeq is not liable for:
• Lost revenue
• Missed opportunities
• Business losses
• Software issues
• Data loss
• AI errors or miscommunications
• Decisions made based on our consulting or assessments

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Exeq’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Business performance varies widely.
Your results depend on your actions, market conditions, leadership, and implementation.
Exeq does not guarantee outcomes.

8. Termination of Services

Exeq may terminate service for:
• Non-payment
• Misuse of our tools or property
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Illegal use of automations
• Failure to comply with these Terms

You may cancel monthly services at any time unless a custom contract states otherwise.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Exeq uses external platforms including (but not limited to):
• Go High Level
• Email/SMS providers
• Cloud storage
• Analytics systems
• AI providers

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these third-party services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Updates to These Terms

Exeq may update these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective when posted on the website.
