Hello, my name is Reeves Vaughn.

From years 2005 through 2023, I built AYS LLC, a construction service business, from scratch into a $7.4 million operation. Along the way, I learned firsthand what makes a company valuable, transferable, and sellable. During this 19 years I also founded separate LLC's to install instant hot water systems in single family houses and a small remodeling business.

There’s not much I haven’t attempted, failed at, succeeded in, or tried again. A few examples include:

Changing from a Partnership to an LLC while starting two additional LLCs under that umbrella.

Bank loans on receivables, intangible properties.

Setup LLC to to buy land/office, and lease to AYS.

Financing vehicle fleets through a bank by an umbrella loan.

Obtaining a loan to develop $30,000 in custom software.

Hiring 1099 contractors instead of employees.

Needless to say, I’m very familiar with how small businesses operate, especially in the service industry, from the inside out. I even retired and successfully transferred AYS to an investor group. Who knows, I might even help you add customers or services along the way.
